The development of the Ottawa Energy Service Modernization is now on the advanced stage.
According to sources, a preferred bidder has been selected to modernize the district energy system that heats and cools over 80 buildings in the national capital region, including parliament buildings in Ottawa. The Energy Service Modernization (ESM) is a project under the Energy Services Acquisition Program (ESAP).
