Partnership announced for Student Housing Development Project in Arkansas

Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK) has partnered with the P3 Group and the Brown Foundation Community Development Corporation to develop a 171 Bed student housing project in the USA.

The P3 Group, Inc., the Brown Foundation, and SEARK have formed a strategic alliance to create a supportive and accommodating environment for SEARK students. The 171-bed student housing development, with modern amenities and a sense of community, will address the growing student population's housing needs and foster academic excellence. The project is expected to enhance the student experience at SEARK and generate tangible benefits for the wider community.
