Elkstone has announced a strategic partnership with Harrison Street to develop over 1,500 purpose-built student beds in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway in Ireland.

Elkstone is partnering on the development of Stoneybatter Place, a student accommodation project in Dublin 7. The property offers 142 high-quality ensuite bedrooms along with a range of amenities including a common area, laundry facilities, gym, and roof gardens. This strategic partnership addresses the shortage of student accommodation in Ireland's major cities. Their goal is to provide more options for existing students and help attract international students to the country, supporting third-level institutions.

The funding for Stoneybatter Place comes from Activate Capital, with Monami Construction serving as the project's main contractor. The asset will be operated by Mezzino, a reputable manager in both the UK and Ireland.
