Warren County has announced a partnership with altafiber for a gigabit high-speed broadband fiber Internet project in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
Around US$100 million will be invested overall by altafiber in the project, which includes bringing fiber to 2,000 multi-dwelling units and 50,000 single-family units. Also, Warren County will get up to US$200,000 in financing from altafiber's Smart City organization, UniCity, to build public Wi-Fi upgrades.
The public sector's dedication to enhancing the quality of life for citizens and visitors is supported by broadband Internet, which is essential for driving economic development opportunities, fostering digital equity, and building a foundation for these goals.
