InfraRed Capital Partners has announced that it recently signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to sell a 44% shareholder interest in Queen Alexandra PFI Hospital (QAH) to MM Capital Partners.
QAH is a public hospital that provides acute healthcare services to more than 675,000 residents in Portsmouth and southeast Hampshire. With a dedicated team of over 7,200 staff and a capacity of 1,200 beds, QAH ensures the well-being and medical care of the local community.
Over the years, InfraRed has actively and collaboratively worked with all the project stakeholders to address any defects and effectively mitigate risks associated with the hospital. As a majority owner and with established long-term relationships, InfraRed will continue to take the lead in managing the project, ensuring its success and seamless operation.
