Parmaco Group completes acquisition of Fixcel Group

Parmaco Group has acquired the Fixcel Group. Following the merger, the company will be the largest supplier of modular social infrastructure rental spaces in Finland.

Fixcel Group is a building developer based in Helsinki, Finland. The Group specializes in advanced steel cell structural elements which enable fire protection, clean indoor air and have multistorey applications of up to 8 stories high. The company has used steel cell construction to deliver over 30,000 sqm of public spaces including the 8,500 sqm Maatulli elementary school in Helsinki and the pediatric hospital in Seinäjoki. The buildings developed by Fixcel are recyclable, have a longer lifecycle and consume less energy during operation.

With this acquisition, Parmaco Group aims to expand its business and deliver high-quality, environmentally friendly and cost-effective buildings in Nordic countries.
