Pantheon Infrastructure (PINT) has announced that it is investing US$25 million in the pan-Nordic infrastructure operator, GlobalConnect.

The funding will be facilitated through a co-investment vehicle managed by EQT AB Group. This valuable asset aligns with PINT's existing portfolio of desirable digital infrastructure assets. This investment follows GlobalConnect's successful EUR2.7 billion (US$2,944 million) debt refinancing completed a few years ago.

GlobalConnect operates fiber networks throughout the Nordics, serving both B2C and B2B customers by delivering fiber connectivity to homes, businesses, hyperscalers, and data centers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

PINT is a UK-based investment company specializing in infrastructure, including data centers, fiber networks, towers, power and utilities, transport and logistics, and renewable energy sources.
