Palisade Investment Partners (Palisade) has announced the launch of Palisade’s Feeder Infrastructure Trust (PFIT) Fund.
PFIT will allocate its investments to Palisade’s primary diversified infrastructure fund, PDIF. PDIF has delivered a net total return of 9.7% per annum to investors over the ten years ending on December 31, 2023, with a portion exceeding 5% attributed to yield. PDIF's portfolio presently encompasses more than 20 unlisted infrastructure assets situated in Australia and the US, which include notable holdings such as Sunshine Coast Airport, Gold Coast Light Rail, and Intera Renewables. Intera Renewables represents Palisade's in-house renewables platform, boasting a collective capacity of over 1 gigawatt from utility-scale wind and solar generation projects.
