The Federal Ministry for Planning, Development & Reform of Pakistan has approved the development of three infrastructure projects namely Hyderabad-Sukkur Motorway, Northern Bypass and NUST Teaching & Research Hospital.
The proposed NUST Teaching & Research Hospital includes the construction of a 500-bed medical facility that will provide new health services. It aims to cater to the healthcare needs of the public besides enhancing research and innovation practices in the medical field.
The implementing agencies will start the preparation of the projects. It will then be presented to the Board for approval.
