OTPP to acquire 69.4 % stake in Società Gasdotti Italia from MIRA

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4, has reached an agreement to sell its 69.4 percent interest in Società Gasdotti Italia S.p. An (SGI) to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (Ontario Teachers’).

SGI is the largest independent gas transmission operator in Italy, with a 1,700-kilometre high-pressure pipeline network transporting natural gas to key industrial and urban centers.
