Orlando's I-4 PPP project under risk

Lane Construction Corp., one of the project contractors for the I-4 Ultimate project has filed a US$ 132 million lawsuit against project owner Skanska under claims for cost increases and schedule delays. The contractor Lane construction claims to have suffered losses due to negligence from Skanska.

The project has suffered multiple construction delays.
