Orion acquires Autopistas de Guerrero from GMD
Orion IEP, a company in the management of energy and infrastructure investments, has completed the acquisition of Autopistas de Guerrero, a subsidiary of Grupo Mexicano de Desarrollo (GMD). The transaction is valued at MXN609.90 million (US$29.24 million).
Autopistas de Guerrero is a concessionaire company responsible for operation and management of Viaducto La Venta - Punta Diamante highway located in Acapulco, Guerrero.
