City of Springfield in Oregon, USA has approved the draft version of the Request for Qualifications (RFP) for Glenwood Riverfront Redevelopment, issued by the Springfield Economic Development Agency.
Located on the 9-acre land along the Willamette River, the project includes the development of a new neighborhood with a mix of housing, public open spaces, and hospitality and commercial opportunities. The site has approximately 450 feet of direct river frontage and is visible from both Downtown and limited areas of Interstate 5.
The city is planning to launch a request for qualification (RFQ) notice for interested developers on August 30, 2021.
