Oregon launches tender for upcoming courthouse PPP project

The State of Oregon has launched a tender for interested firms to deliver consultancy services for the upcoming courthouse project. 

The selected firm will conduct an analysis of alternative financing and delivery approaches ranging from all-public to all-private and advise the country on comparative advantages and disadvantages of each option based on analysis.
