Orange Belgium has acquired a 75% stake in VOO SA, with Nethys retaining the remaining 25%. This acquisition follows commercial fixed wholesale agreements between Orange Belgium and Telenet, allowing access to each other's networks for 15 years. The collaboration includes existing Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and future Fiber to the Home technologies.
