The clinical waste disposal plant located at Malvern, Worcestershire in the UK has commenced the operations. The plant has the capacity to dispose of 8000 tonnes of medical waste per year. The plant was scheduled to be opened in 2020, but due to the corona pandemic construction works suffered delays.
Waste Energy Partners developed the plant and it will be owned and operated by Clinitek (Malvern) LLP.
