Colombian airport operator Opain S.A. has entered into an agreement with Bancolombia for the modification of the refinancing credit agreements previously signed in May 2015 and December 2016.
The level of indebtedness is maintained with the new deal but the credit conditions are improved to achieve a better rate and longer-term.
The COP315.06 billion (US$94.28 million) deal will mature in December 2026.
