OMERS agrees to acquire Network Plus from Livingbridge

OMERS Private Equity has announced the agreement to acquire Network Plus from Livingbridge.

Network Plus is a utility and infrastructure repair and maintenance service provider headquartered in Worsley, Greater Manchester, UK. It delivers essential services across the water, wastewater, gas, power, telecoms, transportation and infrastructure sectors. It has a team of more than 5,000 professionals working from 85 regional offices and depots across the UK.

OMERS Private Equity, a private equity investment arm of OMERS, is one of Canada’s largest defined benefit pension plans. OMERS Private Equity, with teams in New York, London, Toronto and Singapore, invests across Industrials, Healthcare, Business Services and Technology.
