Oklahoma Turnpike Authority issues draft RFP to shortlisted teams in highway PPP

According to sources, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority has issued a draft request for proposal (RFP) to shortlisted teams for the estimated $230 million Gilcrease Expressway West P3 project. 

On June 2018, the contracting authority had launched a request for qualification (RFQ) for the project.
