OHL sets to sell stakes in OHL Desarrollos

Spanish-based multinational construction and civil engineering company, Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. (OHL), is set to sell a partial stake of its subsidiary Obrascón Huarte Lain, Desarrollos, S.L.U.

OHL Desarrollos is an independent business line within the OHL Group with the aim of promoting hotel projects - exclusively or in combination with other uses - for the tourism sector in its highest range.

OHL has initiated a market research process to seek a possible financial partner.

The process is in its initial phase and without currently having a firm decision to divest this asset.
