The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that 1 offer has been submitted for the development of a property of 245 sq m with a 3-storey stone building of 362 sq m in Andritsaina, Ilia, Greece.

The company under the name "Estia Real Estate Development Company" has submitted the offer. HRADF has designated KLC Law Firm and Mr. Dimitris Kapnias to serve as the Legal and Technical Advisors, respectively, for this project.
