The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has received one offer in the tender process for the concession of port operation services and the right to use, operate, manage and develop the Argostoli Marina in Greece.
The offer was submitted by A1 Yacht Trade Consortium S.A. The duration of the concession is 40 years and may be extended for a maximum of 10 additional years. The Marina is located in the bay of Argostoli, on the southwest coast of the island of Kefalonia, approximately 11 km from the International Airport of Kefalonia "Anna Pollatos". Its capacity is estimated at 174 berths, with the land zone extending to approximately 46.000 square meters.
