OCS has acquired FES FM and FES Support Services. The acquisition will significantly expand OCS's Hard Services division, increasing its team to over 4,000 engineers and generating annual revenues of more than GBP 600 million (US$ 764 million). Established in Scotland in 1999, FES FM and FES Support Services have earned a strong reputation for quality in the private and public sectors. Based in Stirling, the companies have a national footprint, robust service capabilities, and a skilled mobile workforce, enabling them to efficiently deliver high-quality support to a wide network of clients. FES Support Services' expertise in energy and decarbonization projects will enhance OCS's capabilities in supporting clients on their net-zero initiatives. This merger will position OCS's Hard Services division as one of the largest in the UK, with greater scale, density, and specialized knowledge.
The integration of FES FM and FES Support Services into OCS’s Hard Services division will help the group seize growth opportunities in the energy and technology sectors. Additionally, it allows OCS to offer Soft Services to the extensive Hard Services customer base, supporting its expansion strategy. The acquisition also strengthens OCS's presence in Scotland.
