Hong Kong-based conglomerate company NWS Holdings is set to sell its stake in Beijing Capital International Airport.
The company will sell 120.17 million shares in the international airport for HKD6.52 (US$0.835) per share or a total of HKD783.65 million (US$100.356 million).
NWS’s stake in the airport would reduce to 6.39% from 12.79% after signing with JP Morgan to place its shares. The company has acquired the airport's share for HKD2.36 billion (US$302 million) in 2013.
The Beijing Capital International Airport is located in Chaoyang District and serves China's mainland capital city of Beijing. The international airport accommodates about 101 million passengers in 2018 and more than 614,000 aircraft.
