NOVA Infrastructure has announced the final close of its first midmarket-focused NOVA Infrastructure Fund I, raising US$565 million.
NOVA Infrastructure Fund I received commitments from 25 North American and global institutional investors, including public and private pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and asset managers. The Fund targets environmental services, transportation, energy/energy transition and communications across which it has made six platform investments to date.
