North Star Infrastructure (NSI) has been selected by the Government of Northwest Territories (GNWT) as the Preferred Proponent for the Tłı̨chǫ All-Season Road project.
The GNWT and NSI will be working together to finalize the Project Agreement and start the preparatory work required before construction can begin later the Fall of 2019.

The project involves the construction and operation of a 94-km all-season road near km 196 of Highway 3, west of Behchoko, north to the existing all-season road near Whatì, in the Northwest Territories, the central province of Northern Canada. The road is a two-lane all-season gravel road with a 60m wide right of way.
