The Government of North Dakota has launched a tender for interested firms to deliver consultancy services for public-private partnerships (PPP/P3) projects in Keller.
The selected firm will deliver services such as consulting services for project strategic development, execution implementation and delivery of the project to the government authority; provide written independent analysis of the draft Pro Forma; assess and advise on the proposed governance structures; independently develop alternative legal and financial structures for consideration; internal and external risk mitigation; assist with key stakeholder communications and presentations; assess accounting treatment of the proposal; and debt-equity modeling.
The deadline for the submission of documents in the tender is on February 28, 2020.
