The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has issued a Notice of Intent to Advertise (NOIA) to solicit responses from interested firms to design, construct, finance, and maintain two new commercial vehicle-only lanes along I-75 from the I-475/I-75 Interchange near Macon to the McDonough area. The total length of lanes is around 41 miles.
The Project will be implemented under a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) contract. The maintenance term will begin at the notice to proceed to construction and continue for 35 years after substantial completion. The maintenance requirements for the Project include the new construction together with some existing infrastructure.
The deadline to submit the responses is August 20, 2021. For more information on this NOIA, you can visit our business opportunity page here.
