No bids for Snow College student housing P3

The  Snow College in Richfield, Utah has failed to receive any responses to the request for proposal (RFP) for a 100-bed student accommodation to be built in the university campus. 

The tender was launched on September 2018 which involves the design, construction, financing and maintenance of student housing facilities.
