The University of Kentucky has failed to secure bids for the tender launched for the design, build, financing, operation, and maintenance (DBFOM) for its office/wet laboratory incubator building inside Coldstream Research Campus.
The project involves development and maintenance of a 40,000 square foot (~3,700 square metre) building under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP/P3) scheme.
