The Indian Railways Station Development Corporation (IRSDC) has shortlisted nine bidders for a redevelopment project in Mumbai, knowns as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Railway Station (CSMT). The decision is based on the evaluation of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The following are shortlisted bidders, who will receive an invitation for the Request for Proposal (RFP):
The project will be procured on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis with an estimated redevelopment cost of INR16.42 billion (US$224.78 million). The technical advisor is AECOM, while the financial and transaction advisor is Knight Frank.
