The Infrastructural Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) of Nigeria has issued an Outline Business Case (OBC) Compliance Certificate for the planned Police Land Value Capture PPP project.
The project involves the development of real estate facilities on Nigeria Police Force-owned sites through a public-private partnership (PPP).
The ICRC and the Office of the Acting Inspector General of Police in Nigeria has agreed to commence work immediately on the formation and inauguration of a Police PPP unit, and on the identification and rapid development of pilot PPP projects focused on land value capture and police booths.
