The governing board of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has approved the concession of Terminal B, Warri Old Port, to Ocean and Cargo Services Limited.
The company was selected from seven pre-qualified bidders earlier this year to sign a 25-year concession agreement for the operation and rehabilitation of the terminal. This will include the deployment of modern technology.

It was originally concessioned in 2006, but has been abandoned since 2008 following the collapse of the quay wall.
