The Federal Government of Nigeria is set to build a 'world-class' Marina Quayside Waterfront project located in Lagos, Nigeria under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The transformative urban and water-front development project intended to be a tourist centre that will provide hotels, condominiums, commercial complexes among many other facilities in the city.
The project aims to transform the existing Marina car park into a waterfront that stretches from the Leventis/Apongbo axis down to the end of Marina axis. Harris AIB Associates Ltd, a Lagos based firm of architects and developers, has submitted an unsolicited proposal to the Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing for the development of the project. The proposal will be reviewed and subjected to approval.
