Nicola Wealth Management has launched the Nicola Infrastructure and Renewable Resources Fund. This new fund’s mandate will extend to include investments that hold other “real assets,” such as a wider universe of global infrastructure (e.g. bridges, highways), renewable resources (e.g. farmland, timberland) and more.
As both infrastructure and renewable resources are vital to commercial interests, there is often regulatory oversight of operations with high barriers to entry. Through this new fund, Nicola Wealth is able to offer clients access to asset classes normally reserved for institutional investors.
