National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has issued a letter of award to IRB Infrastructure Developers for the road section PPP project in Himachal Pradesh. The development includes rehabilitation, upgradation and strengthening of the Pathankot-Mandi Section on NH-20 to a four-lane configuration. The project will be procured on the Hybrid-Annuity model (HAM) of public-private partnership (PPP).
