Transport Infrastructure of Ireland (TTI) has published a periodic indicative notice (PIN) to look for a Client Partner, who will provide advisory services to support the procurement and delivery of MetroLink PPP project in Dublin.
The selected Client Partner will assist in the development of all procurement documentation for the scheme, including the tender designs, works information, specifications and contracts used in the procurement of all MetroLink Main works packages. In addition, the partner will assist TII in the establishment and implementation of programme control measures during the procurement stage and will oversee the performance of the Project Delivery Partner when appointed.
The procurement for the Client Partner will involve a two-stage negotiated procedure which is expected to commence in May 2021. The estimated date of the contract notice's publication is May 28, 2021. More information about this PIN can be found here.
