The City of Winchester is considering a potential mixed-use development project as a public-private partnership (PPP) in Virginia, USA.

The project includes a new community center and affordable senior housing, which can be incorporated in the Comprehensive Plan update of the city. There are two possible sites- a former radio station property and the city-owned Friendship Park.

The potential scenarios and more information will be presented on an open house related to the Comprehensive Plan update. The City Council will hold a public hearing before the final vote on adoption.
