New deadline extension for Khulna commercial complex PPP
The Public-Private Partnership Authority of Bangladesh has extended the deadline for the second time for the development of a commercial complex in a railway-owned land parcel near Khulna station.
The concession involves the design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) of a shopping complex cum guest house on the proposed land as well as rehabilitation of existing railway quarters.
