Nebraska Department of Administrative Services (DAS) in the USA has prepared the design plans for a new departmental building to be constructed in downtown Lincoln, the capital city of Nebraska. The building will host offices for departments of banking, insurance, and revenue. The building will also include a two-level parking lot with capacity of 400 car parking spaces.
The estimated investment for the project is US$ 58.6 million. The procurement will be done on the public-private partnership model with a concession period of 30 years. The authority plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP) in summer 2020. The building is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
