The National Development Company (NDC) and the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement and Deeds of Absolute Sale to acquire land in Pandacan, Manila affected by the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS3) Project.
The deals involve a 1.3-hectare land owned by NDC that will be acquired by TRB. NDC’s property is a single 5-hectare parcel of land, which has been divided into three irregular fragments by Skyway structures. There are two deeds of sale: one for the area affected by the main alignment of the MMSS3 Project and another for the area impacted by the interconnection structure. MMSS3 is an 18-km elevated expressway running from Buendia in Makati to the North Luzon Expressway in Balintawak, Quezon City.
