Myanmar seeks legal consultants for road concessions

Myanmar is seeking legal advisors to help them manage tenders and concession processes. The scope of work of advisers includes increase in the institutional capacity of the MOC to tender and manage road PPP projects and to identify in consultation with the MOC and support the restructuring of at least four existing road concessions for improved service delivery and asset quality. These concessions include the Yangon Pathein toll road concession.

The short-listed consultant will work with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the duration of 12 months on the above objectives. ADB is expecting to short-list the consultants by 25th March 2019.
