The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), through MTA Construction and Development Company (MTA C&D), has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking management consultants for a public-private partnership (PPP) project in New York, USA.
The selected consultant will be responsible for providing construction management and design compliance services of the Developer Contract of the PPP project. The PPP project involves the development of ADA accessibility upgrades, station improvements, elevator repairs and elevator replacements at eight ADA stations and five elevator replacement stations. The contract term is 54 months. The value of the contract is estimated at US$50 million - US$100 million.
