MPIC sells 10.32% stake in MUN to Japanese consortium

METRO PACIFIC Investments Corp. (MPIC) has announced the completion of a sale of 10.32% stake in PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN) to a consortium of West Nippon Expressway (NEXCO-West), Japan Expressway International Co., Ltd., (JEXWAY), and Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corp. (JOIN).

The 10.32% stake in MUN is valued at US$ 35.2 million. MPIC will continue to retain the majority stake in the MUN through PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, a subsidiary of MPIC.
