MOPC announces progress on PY09 Transchaco route in Paraguay

The Ministry of Public Works and Communication has announced that the load test of the 90-m bridge over the He'ẽ stream was successfully carried out, as part of the rehabilitation of the PY09 Transchaco route, Section 1, Lot 2 in Paraguay. 

The works in this lot were awarded to the Ruta 9 Transchaco Consortium and are supervised by ETEL Estudos Técnicos Ltda. 

Currently, 95% of the structure has been completed and as a non-destructive test has been carried out, using 6 HS20-44 type trucks with a total weight of 24 nominal tons each.
