The Government of Montenegro, through its Tender Commission, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) as part of the ongoing tender process to grant a long-term concession for the Podgorica and Tivat Airports.
With assistance from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), this marks the second phase of the tender process. The Montenegro Government emphasized that it reflects the 44th Government’s dedication to advancing a procedure launched in 2019 to support the country’s economic growth. Over the five years since the process began, only the pre-qualification stage had been finalized, leading to three international bidders advancing to the second phase.
