The State of Michigan’s Department of Management and Budget has scrapped a planned public-private partnership (P3) for the development of a consolidated laboratory facility in Dimondale, Windsor Charter Township.
The facility was planned to house four state government agencies, and be developed under a design-build-finance-maintain model.
The tender for the project was launched in January this year. Though four bidders were shortlisted in March, the state government has not published any notice of the selection of a preferred proponent.
