Memphis international airport to develop travel plaza on PPP

Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority (MSCAA) in the USA is planning to issue a request for a proposal for the Travel Plaza project on public-private partnership procurement in Memphis Internation Airport. Travel Plaza will be developed near the cell phone lot in the Memphis International Airport. Memphis International Airport is located 11 km southeast of downtown Memphis in Shelby County, Tennessee. The plaza will have a car refueling station, convenience store, road, and fast food provider.

The main terminal and adjoining 3-story parking deck in the airport has also been identified as upcoming potential projects. The modernization of B Concourse level in the airport was completed in 2019.
