Meketa Investment Group (Meketa) has launched the Meketa Infrastructure Fund.

The Meketa Infrastructure Fund is an evergreen interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. It is specifically tailored for advisors catering to the retail investor market. The fund's primary composition will be private infrastructure assets, with the flexibility to invest in infrastructure funds, public securities, and cash. The fund's pricing will be conducted daily, and it will offer liquidity, permitting withdrawals of up to 5% of the Fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) once per quarter. This innovative fund provides individual investors with accessibility, efficiency, and simplicity in venturing into private infrastructure investments. Meketa Capital will act as the fund's advisor and is a subsidiary of Meketa Investment Group, specializing in investment solutions for the advisor marketplace. Meketa Capital will be responsible for marketing and distributing investment services and products to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and other advisors in the individual investor marketplace.
