Hospital operator Medikaloka Hermina has planned to begin construction of a new US$16 million hospital in Indonesia’s newly planned capital city of Nusantara.
The upcoming facility is set to commence commercial operations in August 2024, aligning with the Indonesian government's intended relocation of 16,000 civil servants, police, and military personnel to the city. Initially equipped with 100 beds, the hospital will be expanded to accommodate 200 beds in the future. Its services will encompass specialized care for mothers and children, as well as stroke, cardiology, and other medical services.
